What you will do
- Answer customer calls, texts and chats about orders
- Assign orders to drivers and plan efficient routes
- Sort out late or problem orders with patience
- Keep order statuses up to date
What we look for
- Clear, friendly communication in English (French is a plus)
- Organised under pressure, good with a computer and phone
- Customer service experience preferred
